Delivery

We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order.

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within 5-10 working days of the date of our order confirmation excluding Bank holidays. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 30 days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation.

Standard Delivery: Goods that are currently in stock will be delivered within 1-3 working days (excluding Bank Holidays), from confirmation of your order. Standard delivery charges start from, just £2.95 to £6.95 for orders under £50.00.  Orders over £50.00 are free to Mainland UK addresses.

Next Day: Customers can choose a next working day delivery if the order is placed before 2.00pm, (excluding Bank Holidays) (Monday - Friday) from £10.50

Delivery for non-mainland UK.  We can deliver to Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, but in some instances we have to charge a premium due to the increased cost of carriage charged by our Carriers.Prices start from £4.95 to £35.00 depending on size and weight.

Draper direct delivery Some of the items sold on our website are delivered direct from our Suppliers. This is clearly indicated in the relevant product information so please refer to individual products.  Draper orders are free next day delivery for orders over £50.00 before 2pm weekdays only. Please refer to the individual product pages on the website for confirmation. Please be aware that we can only arrange for delivery of these products to Mainland UK addresses.

Our carriers Standard deliveries are made by City link and Royal mail.
