In the unlikely event of fraudulent or unauthorised use of your credit card by someone else to purchase goods from us via the Barclaycard server, we will refund to you any money received by us as a result but only if you have notified your payment card issuer and us (either by telephoning Barclaycard (ePDQ) or by contacting us on line through the Contact Us page) as soon as you became aware of the unauthorised use of your card.
