EVERBUILD BATH AND KITCHEN SEALANT is an acrylic sealant, suitable for general sealing in and around the kitchen and bathroom. The product contains a powerful anti-fungicide to prevent mould growth, and can be overpainted.

· Sealing around kitchen worktops etc.

· Internal sealing around timber and metal window and door frames.

· Internal sealing around Pvcu window and door frames.

· Sealing around baths, sanitary ware, basins and ceramics.

Limitations

· Protect from water for a minimum of 24 hours after application. Note that damp or humid conditions will significantly extend the cure time. Do not expose to water until fully cured. If a quicker cure is required, use GENERAL PURPOSE SILICONE (6 hour cure).

· Not for use in conjunction with bitumen or asphalt.

· Do not attempt to abrade when cured.

· Do not use around shower trays. Use GENERAL PURPOSE SILICONE for greater movement capabilities

· Do not overpaint until a surface skin has formed. Overpainting is not necessary.

· Note: this product is a flexible. Certain poor quality paints (especially certain vinyl matts) have very little movement in the dry film. It is possible for the dry paint film to crack if movement is excessive.

·       Permanently flexible

·       Easy clean up - wipe with wet cloth.
