We aim to deliver orders FREE within 2-3 working days. Tracked 24hr and 48 hr are at an extra cost,see below or drop down menu at checkout. If you need delivery for a particular day please agree this at time of order.  Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods that is caused by circumstances outside of our control such as inadequate delivery instructions or carrier service failure.  Parcel orders are sent Via Royal Mail carrier services such as Standard Parcel and Tracked 24 and 48  for delivery before 2pm the next working day.  Larger orders are palletized and sent on a pallet freight service such as Palletways and also sent overnight for delivery before 5pm.  If deliveries need booking in please request this at time of order; there may be a charge for this service.

Goods Lost/Damaged in Transit

Damage, loss of content or short delivery must be reported to us within three days of delivery of the consignment.  We must be notified of non-delivery of consignment within 14 days of receipt of invoice.  Telephone notification must be confirmed in writing.  We will refund or replace (at our option) damaged goods.
